Ok My friends with benefits of 3 years has been different lately. Wanting to see me more. Usually it’s twice a month but the last three weeks he wanted to see me like every other day literally. He text me this morning and said he wanted to see me. I said OK because I figured he was talking about late at night like it’s always been. He responded back “for lunch?” so I responded back “when”. He said he’ll text me when he finishes at his job site. Here it is exactly 12 hours later and I haven’t heard anything from him. If he text me want me to come over tonight should I ignore him? Should I go like I know I don’t have a right to be pissed because we’re not boyfriend and girlfriend but at the same time I’m still mad. I literally put my day on hold waiting to hear from him.

If it's just one time, assume something came up and ask him about it when he responds again.
But if he's wanting to see you way more often you might want to check in and make sure he's not catching feelings or something, because friends with benefits really don't work when someone catches feelings.
He text me just now which is 15 hours later saying he just left the jobsite lunch didn’t go as expected. I feel like it’s a respect factor. He could’ve text me way earlier let me know It wasn’t gonna happen.
He should have, and that's something you can talk to him about. Men, and people in general, can be pretty blind when it comes to the details fo respectful communication. If it's an ongoing issue that you guys can't address or compromise on, then decide if it's a deal breaker and then walk away if need be. I suggest starting from a place where you assume no malice/disrespect and trying to work with him on making sure your relationship/friendship/whatever is working for both of you.
Do you have feelings for him?
Unfortunately, yes
You gotta end it or tell him how you feel
