This guy kissed me with his tongue, cuddled with me, tried to have sex but I refused, and even told me he loved me on the date. We were talking for a while before the meet up and used to say cute things to each other but after this date he didn’t reach out.

To give some context into his personality - he had offered to pay for my Uber, buy me food, kissed me on the forehead the morning after I slept over, let me sleep in his bed when I didn’t have anywhere to go midnight/early morning and cuddled with me all night.

It's a red flag because he can't possibly be in love with you. He doesn't even know you. Saying that he is in love with you after one date is a sign of extreme immaturity. He's in love with his fantasy of you -- a woman who doesn't exist. As soon as he finds out that you are a real person, not his fantasy girlfriend, he will drop you.
