I’ve known him for 10 years. We were romantically together for 6 years. And this new girl he’s seeing (they met on a dating app) they apparently have all these same interests, like each others posts, he’s been saying similar things that he used to say to me when we were together, and they talk kinda sexual to each other, etc etc.

Is it just a rebound relationship? Do you think he’ll message me again?

Ok maybe first stop following everything they’re doing. Second why is he your ex? Chances are he was already taking to her. Whether it’s a rebound or not it could be. Why would you want to stand around like a lost puppy waiting for him to come back. You’re obviously not no. 1 in his eyes so why would you want someone like that who isn’t putting you as one of his main priorities? Have some respect for yourself, move on.

Sounds like your spending far too much time worrying about him and his life. Your relationship is over. Move on. He isn't coming back.

It's possible it is a rebound but it Is also possible he checked out long before the relationship ended.

My nephew was in a 4 year relationship than suddenly come January he and the girl broke up and we all find out not even 2 months later he was with a new girl who also happened to be pregnant with his child. Turns out my nephew had been seeing and talking to the girl who is pregnant while he was in a relationship

The best advice I could tell you is to move on. So what if he loves her, he doesn't love you anymore so move on and stop hanging in the past. I know it's hard but the fact that he moved on from you clearly explained how he's over you.
