It’s always been funny to me how a guy will think I’m hot upon first meeting, but upon actually engaging in even the most rudimentary of academic conversations, suddenly put me on some pedestal as if it’s the most novel thing in the world to encounter an intelligent, slutty woman. There are plenty out there im sure. Is this a fetishized thing or what is the deal with it?

My larger point I guess is that there a lot of girls out there you could put in this category. It’s not really that special I don’t think and yet guys act like girls of this sort are some mythical creature or something lol. I’ve seen it happen with certain friends of mine over the years as well

Smart people are rare enough. I really enjoy people people who are intellectually stimulating, funny and fun. So what could be better than a hot girl who possesses those qualities, especially if she is heterosexual and sexually uninhibited.

The slutty thing would be a turn off for me, though, because, although I am not concerned about body count and think the idea of "purity" is absurd, I don't want one who is promiscuous and will fuck random guys. I always preferred an exclusive, mutually infatuated relationship with a woman who loves sex and wants only me.

It feels like something that only happens to other people.
Meaning hot/smart AND single is the very definition of diamond in the rough.

Girls who are smart and hot are not very common, but not too uncommon. Girls who are smart and also slutty are more uncommon because that kind of behavior is generally self-sabotage, so smart women are less likely to choose it.
