Hmm that is pretty weird that he keeps cancelling your plans. A few things could be going on:

- Maybe he's actually just super busy with work/school and has bad timing. Could give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

- But him not flirting at all is a red flag. Most dudes would at least be teasing you a little if they were really feeling you.

- Saying he's "waiting to flirt" doesn't make much sense either. If he's interested shouldn't he want to hang out ASAP to connect?

- Could be he's shy, but still after a few cancellations you'd think he'd make more of an effort.

I'd say give it one more try - see if he actually follows through with plans this time. But lower your expectations. If he flakes again, don't waste your time.

Plenty other dudes out there who will treat you right and take you on a proper date without this kiss off behavior. You deserve someone excited to see you.

@spartan yeah that's pretty obvious she's a flake. That's why I didn't even bother asking further. As soon as she said "we" I already knew she was probably canceling dates at the last minute.
