My boyfriend doesn't want to see me, but sends messages?

He talks to me everyday. But the moment i say "lets meet have coffee" or go somewhere , or eat together- he always refuses.

We live in nearby towns, like 30 min in car distance.

He keeps talking to me only on whatsapp. He got flu and was saying he feels bad, didn't even had time to go buy groceries.

I asked if he wants me to buy some food for him. He said No

Well... ok. I didn't insist and said goodbye and that i wish i could be there for a hug. He answers me:"I wish i could hug you too"

Now wait a sec... he just refused seeing me. Why then say i wish i could hug, because if he wanted he would say "yeah come over". Right?

I hate to say it but I think there is another girl. He only uses WhatsApp to chat, doesn't want you coming to him.
If my girlfriend wanted to come to me I would say hell ya no matter what.
A guy who doesn't want to see his girl, only chats on a app is hiding you from someone.
