To be honest, im currently in dilemma about this 1 particular guy. We didn’t agree on anything exclusively. We just somehow are close to each other, and we always went on a date etc. He also likes to do physical touch (to which everyone thoughts we are in relationship, which we aren’t)…
Only to find out by my friend, they saw him with other girl holding hands. For few times by few people reporting to me. And kiss once. And which all situation is the same girl..
I confront him about this matter and he explain lengthly and told me they are just bestfriend. He see her as brother n sister and nothing more, and they already know each other for 8yeas and he say if they like each other, might as well they just couple ever since. He even say to me, why would he lie to me about this n what benefits it will bring to him.
Long story short, i dont really trust 100% but sure. I’ll take it as it is. Now he suddenly start being suspicious.. Sitting beside me then suddenly he scoot back a little while chat on his phone.. i know i dont have any right to be mad about this hence i pretend nothing happen, which this happen for few weeks already. Then suddenly today, i accidentally saw him texting a girl with a contact saved as 🌈…
Which makes me wonder. Do guys save friend contact like that? Or is he actually like her. Even if so, why would he lie to me and hiding things? Im lost.. Since at some point, he seems to indicate that we are just friend. So if we are friends and nothing more, there is nothing he should be hiding of

Not to hide anything.
A close coworker I have saved under "Officer Vinny" because he likes Italian stereotype mob style equipment for his duty belt and daily carry.
Another former coworker I have saved as Yuji (with character pic), because of her love of Jujutsu Kaizen.
My Ex-wife is saved as "she-devil".
A former supervisor i still have his contact named as " Sargent hardass" because he was a sargent in rank and a hardass about everything all the time.
A friend on mine from my teen years is saved as "Chewy" Short for Chewbacca.
One of my friends from church is saved as Tyrone, instead of his real name.
Another one is named "unspecified villager"
My step mother is named "Rearer Of Children"
If I ever had my egg doners contact info, I would have saved her under "Spawn Point".
My father is saved as "Lord Vader"
One of my sisters is saved under " Womb Sharer"
Someone I used to hangout with is named "Widows Peak Supreme!" As reference to an abridged series he loved.
My best friend is saved under "Best Buddy" in reference to another abridged series.
I save people under funny names in my contacts because its funny. Not because I have anything to hide from anyone.
Fair point, but it seems like you do save almost everyone according to what u feel suitable for them. However in his case, he only save that girl name as such, no one else. Even myself, he save under my real name.

well i guess your situation is different because u did so for everyone. While him, only to her. He even save my contact as my name only, and goes to others except for that one person
