I feel so worried.

My boyfriend went abroad and he met up with a male friend whilst there and is currently staying at his male friends home. He has just told me that he has met up with his female friend and she is staying with them for some days.

I’m really feeling insecure and I don’t know why he didn’t tell me about her before. I’m even starting to feel sick with worry:( could he be cheating?
