he always wants to take my hand, this time we were in class and he put his hand on my desk for me to take it, I put my hand in his, he then interlocked his fingers to mine and he knew that I didn't want anyone to see us like this (cause we're friends) so he put my hand in his lap. and laid his jacket on our hands.. then he rub my thumb and we were like this for minutes. after that he kissed my finger and laughed. after some moments he hugged me so tightly ( when we were still sitting) what does all this really mean?

Why would you put your hand in his just because he lays it there? You don’t have to you know.
Unless you like him? Otherwise say no. Friends don’t do this, especially the stroking.
Putting your hands on his lap/leg is blatantly showing what he wants you to do.
