I met this guy on a dating app and we've gone on one date so far. Over Christmas break, we've messaged back and forth at times. Some conversations were good, some were weird, but like the weird where you can't tell if it's because they're nervous/awkward or weird where you should be paying attention to it. He is a lot more extroverted than I am, I am very much an introvert.
Without sharing all of our convos and such, recently he called me buddy (which I don't know what he means by that) and like in the question, he told me to text him tomorrow (he's asked me this same thing on another occasion). I don't care for small talk or starting a texting convo without a purpose in mind. But I also don't want to be rude. How would you suggest I go about this?
