My boyfriend's brother tapped me on the butt, should I confront him?

I walked into a local café and noticed my boyfriend's brother in there. I said hi, how're you doing and went to order my coffee. Which they made terribly wrong... How hard is it to make a simple cappuccino? Anyways. I went over to bfs brother. Started chatting etc. I asked if he was hung over because I knew he had been out partying, he said yes definitely. We got talking about his move coming up (he's moving countries) and he started crying talking about leaving everyone, so I naturally reached to hug him and assure him it'll be okay and he can always come back. He had his arm around my waist and moved it down and did two taps on my butt and said yeah you're right. Then removed his hand. I don't know if it was an accident because he was sitting and I was standing or what. I excused myself to the bathroom and he had a friend with him when I got back so I just said I'll see him whenever I see him next and left. I'm very confused should I confront him?

Uh so are you angry at this incident? Whether it's the case or you are curious on why he did that cause you are into him.., in both cases you can actually kinda ask him gently through messaging
