Why would a guy who is in relationship bother to ask at work what’s wrong with me?

Like sometimes occasionally he will come up and be like are you okay? You don’t look alright etc and he will often times do that are some guys really that worried or he just being nosy

There's literally nothing odd about that. When people "don't look alright" we ask them if they are okay. We do it to strangers, coworkers, the baker, the guy that details my car, literally everyone, because they may be having a bad day and I'm trying to not be an utter shite human being that sees somebody potentially suffering and cares more about their phone.
