Why do some guys think it is ok to make plans to have causal sex and then the next day disappear and block you?

Because it was casual sex. Basically no commitment. Maybe he didn't have a good time, or he has a girlfriend or wife he didn't tell you about or another friends with benefits and didn't want you messaging him constantly.
