I've known my lead for almost 3 years. He's my friend and very mature for his age. He's a great friend. This other guy is probably 60 or older and he gets along with no one but me. I'm the only woman in the shop. Yes I act younger then my age and enjoy my bosses company he's very mature for his age and I've hook up with one of his best buddie. But suddenly he's never on our line even though he's designated to train me. This is after this older guys had a fit over spilt glue I didn't see and blew up at my boss for not yellingat me. Does it sound like this guy is jealous? And my boss is trying to avoid HR. Or am I over thinking it? I'm feeling like he's trying to claim me.

If it gets worse do you think I can take him to HR for prohibiting production and keeping us both from doing our jobs.
