I have a crush on one of my colleagues. We have a flirty relationship together. Although he’s never actually told me I’m attractive, he’s implied it. Once I told him that I wanted someone else to do my hair and makeup for an event so I could look beautiful. His response was “why don’t you just do it yourself?” I think that’s the closest I’ve got to him saying anything.

I’ve felt nervous about coming to work because currently I have styes/chalazions in both eyes. I made a joke about not having makeup on at work but he still flirts and is playful towards me. I’d presume if he thought I was hideous, he wouldn’t flirt.

Just based off what he said there is no way to tell if he finds you attractive with makeup or not. Only he knows how he feels. All we can do is guess. He may have just been trying to give a compliment and didn't realize you were going to think about it this deeply. I am sure if he flirts with you on a regular basis when you are just at work and not all dolled up he thinks you are attractive without having your makeup done. Just be careful with workplace relationships. They often don't work and when they end things can get really messy. Last thing you want is to have to face a guy every day that broke your heart.

Basically women that don't put on makeup , are 100x more attractive. So good chance is you don't need it, and look good naturally.
