When a Man starts a conversation with the words: 'I think I need to party some more'?

Today I went for some additional classes and the instructor there, a 30 year old Man, started a conversation by saying:'I need to party some more in life and be with different women to try and decide what is best for me.' Our relationship is purely business like, we have some quite open talks, but mostly because we are of a similar age. The conversation later seemed quite natural, but I started wondering now, if IT was a hidden hint or something and whether I should explain that I'm not aiming to force him into a relationship?

If you have open conversations like that frequently then he's probably just being honest and telling that he wants more freedom in his life. Yea if you're thinking of dating him I would shy away from that idea...

Huh? , you are being VERY presumptuous here? First of all, that's a hint only to a woman. A guy wouldn't never throw that out there for such a thing. Our brains just don't work that way. Second, why would he think you were trying to 'force him into a relationship'? Why would he think you even liked him? You skipped a whole lot of important mile markers before 'forcing him into a relationship'?
I mean, you said you relationship is professional. That's what makes this even more bizarre.
