Husband accepted his ex’s friend request on Facebook?

My husband has an ex from a few years ago. She is now married and has children. She now lives in a different country.

The other day she sent my husband a friend request and he accepted it.

Am I wrong to feel upset that accepted it or is it not a big deal?
