Story time: So there’s this ex guy friend that I got close to bestfriends with. We were inseparable until out of nowhere, there was a drama in school with me and this girl and he took the other girls side betraying me and ending our friendship.
I now dislike him a lot though I’m noticing that he seems to be trying to get my attention for some reason. He once sat in the table opposite me and kept staring at me, once fanning his shirt. He’s also nudged me during class though there’s enough space to manoeuvre around me, he’s out of nowhere made an effort in class which really pissed me off, in all our classes he’s just kept staring at me especially once in history when I was talking about Student council. There was another time when he talked to me out of nowhere making fun of my pronounciatjon of a word.
Last year on his birthday when we were kinda still friends I sent him a happy birthday message which he responded to with a shirtless pic of him in bed.
I also remember some instances in my diary when I was 12 mentioning him staring at me heaps and suggesting a crush on me before we were friends.

Superb Opinion
I dont think thats the full story of him and the other girl and why exactly he took her side, maybe he liked her I don't know. , but I'm gonna say he is trying to get your attention or get what you had back but he has an odd way of showing it by nudging you and keep staring at you plus the pic he sent. He is making a fool of himself in the process instead of just apologizing to you for what happened. But he could also just try to annoy you because he is mad that the friendship ended. Guys act irrational when they loose a person they liked.
