Why is it that a husband or guy friend can tell you "You're the best wife a guy could have", "You're awesome", "You're the best"!!! And still leave?

Words and actions aren't always aligned. My girlfriend is one of the best things happened to me, she could have rejected me and walked away, but she didn't. But if she wrongs me, say... cheating. Then I will leave. Why would you stay with a cheater. It's not because she's the best partner I had that she is the right partner.

Just one of these men who are not truthful or honest. They'll tell you such things and then tell it to someone else when they get tired of you.

It happens the other way around too.
