Usually a guy can't control this reaction. He looks at what he wants to look at. Often times a girl walks by and no matter who the guy is (construction worker, doctor, senator, etc.), if his libido spikes, his brows pop up and his eyes are following the source of attraction.
So he's attracted to you.
Upon further investigation, you can probably catch the pattern of what's attracting his gaze -- your curvy figure, your eyes, etc.
The sound of your voice might make him turn around; the smell of your perfume (if he's standing close) will leave a memory trail in his mind so that whenever he smells the same scent he thinks about you and turns around to look. It's not something he can really control, especially at this age.
usually when I keep on looking at a girl I find her attractive or interesting to look at. It could be one of these two things. Maybe he has seen you before and now that it's been sometime, you look different which might be the interesting part. If he has never seen you then he finds you attractive
