What does it mean if a guy keeps viewing your stories after fallout and no-contact for nearly 3 months?

I. e. you post within 25 seconds and he’s the first viewer, then other times when its early in morning at 4/5/6am and he’s always never missing a story but never likes your photo? me and this guy had sex before and were good friends but we fell out back 3 months ago. Does he miss me? Why not reaching out? I don’t want to reach out and look like I am chasing him. He is always in my top viewers of my stories for a while.

A lot of people are going to disagree with me and said it’s just viewing stories or nothing more. But at least from my personal exp, they’re just waiting to feel confident enough to reach out because they always reach back out sooner or later after all that views.
