Does giving a guy the silent treatment really work?

So me and the guy I have been talking to are on a break. I want him to realize that he has a great girl and that he should appreciate that! I wait for him to text me, I never text first. In the beginning I never told him I had feelings because we were just having fun and that's when he fell for me. Should I just be silent to all the things that are on my mind like before? Of course be nice and confident when he does check in. Or if something is bothering me let him know it! Or wait for him to bring up that convo? MEN I NEED YOUR OPINION! Thanks!

We were seriously talking for 3 months like he was talking relationship and everything. He was obsessed with me in the beginning and now I feel like he just isn't that into me anymore. The reason we went on a break is because he said he isn't attracted to me anymore he can be a real jerk. I want him to chase me but I don't want for him to just think oh I guess I lost her I should go find someone else to be serious with.

Based upon what you've said, I don't think there's any easy way for you to pull this off. He said he's not interested and then has proceeded to ignore you. Sorry to break it to you, but I think it is over already. Giving him the silent treatment will certainly make you look less desperate, but if he's genuinely not interested, he's not going to care one way or another. Give it a try and report back, let us know how it goes.

I know he still is interested because he told me he talks to his mom about it and let me tell you for his mom to know about a girl it has to be serious. He tells me he misses me and I know he loves my personality but I just want him to have that spark back! I'm thinking the silent treatment will give him a little scare of losing me. Any guy that is truly crazy about a girl will chase her at least a little bit. There's nothing wrong with pulling back a bit and let him initiate more. The real concern you should have is to see if he stops talking to the other girls. From what you stated, it sounds like he might be playing the field.

I know he is talking to other girls that's just who he is he's very flirty and needs to get girls for his ego. I just want him to love me like he used to and I want to do it before I lose him to another girl.

Don't talk at all. If he's really interested in you, he'll make the effort to get back in the picture.
