Stress, what most humans have one point or another.
But one of the worst things to happen from this is Stress Eating.
According to google stress means this:
Stress is the body's reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or response. The body reacts to these changes with physical, mental, and emotional responses. Stress is a normal part of life. You can experience stress from your environment, your body, and your thoughts.

Now think why you might stress eat?
The answer can be a few things.
1. The stressful situation you are in is making you nervous
and you feel butterflies.
What I have noticed is that you can never know when you are hungry because the butterfly feeling.
All the nervousness is all bundled up in your stomach so you feel the need to surpass that by eating or drinking.
2. You are upset.
Maybe self explanatory, right? Well not always.
Being stressed while feeling really sad might make it seem like you are bored of everything but eating because you feel food can never let you down when you have just lost a friendship, breakup etc...
3. High Blood Sugar
I know that some don't have high blood sugar all the time.
But when you are stressed you burn less calories also building up the amount of fat from sugar.
So when you can't burn that excessive sugar that is now fat. It builds up and gives you so many cravings.
