So here is my thing. You can pump milk and use a bottle, if you are prepared. I don't want to go in a restaurant and a lady has her tit out, looking at me some kinda way because I happened to see her tit out. The world doesn't owe anyone any understanding. Everyone has responsibilities and stresses, asking the world to take a breath and understand yours is pretty ridiculous. As I'm sure you wouldn't care to understand why a homeless man is pooping on the street, instead you'd just be grossed out just seeing the act, as is human nature. In the same way, it's human nature to be shocked upon seeing a random tit.
Did you just compare nourishing my baby to defecting? Furthermore, you know nothing about breastfeeding. My child would not take a bottle. Furthermore I chose to breastfeed, I should not be forced to bottle feed because someone might get uncomfortable. Just look away if mammary glands serving their natural purpose offends you. 🙄

My baby would not take a bottle. Did you miss that part? I don’t want him to starve. Plus I chose to do the natural thing and breastfeed. The “bottles” are my boobs. Pumping to feed when I have the perfect feeding mechanisms is just stupid.

Thank you. And yet they do. Honestly every time I see a notification for this take I cringe wondering if someone will accuse me of exposing myself or propagating pornography. I will soldier on because it is a cause close to my heart. But I did and still do receive a lot of hate. And my youngest son weaned 2 years ago for Pete’s sake!
And no one looking is seen as a weirdo. Just treat me like a normal person.
@loves2learn obviously i treat women like Normal people if a woman is breastfeeding most of the time i try avoiding contact whatsoever because i mean she is doing other stuff and it's not the best circumstances to be approaching women cause it's a vulnerable position... that's why it's best to do it at home... but hey since I'm not your boss you can do it even in your office you just have to bear with what it can come with

I was very private in breastfeeding and it was a huge struggle. I am supportive of mothers who nurse their babies in public. This is a natural thing.

Sounds like her emotions are running on overdrive. Needs to take a step back and use critical thinking skills based on core values we all learned (still learning) growing up.
I'm sorry but if you pull out your tits to show off and best even take a picture for Instagram and a video for tictoc of you breastfeeding your baby, i will rise my eyebrow and frown on you. And i think I'm perfectly reasonable in doing so.
If i see that you do it discretely obviously just to feed the baby, then sure. No issues.

I hope you do to! It is an amazing experience. My best advice is the first 6 weeks are the hardest. After that is smooth sailing. And never quit on your worst day. 👺❤️
