Core set:
Full Prone
Full Prone Leg Lifts
Russian V Sit Twist
Bicycle Crunches
Leg Circles
Side Plank (Both Sides)
Leg Lifts
All of which hold for 1 min no rest.
Your goal is to at-least get 5 sets without dropping.
That's just a warm up though. Do this before any other workout.

Sprints and weight work, a mix of HIIT and slower weight workouts would probably be most suited for a you.

Everything mentioned so far is good but I would also add a balanced diet. My suggestion would be to track your food intake with an app...half the battle is what you put into your body.
"Toning" is called "building muscle mass". Weight training is what you're looking for. Pick up any men's bodybuilding magazine and do what it tells you to do.
