How much weight would I lose if I ate only meat and vegetables?

I thought that to lose weight and save money I would eat a diet of sardines, eggplants, and veggies packs that you get at the grocery store. With no rice, no bread, no flour, and no grain other than the corn in the veggie packs - I'd expect to lose a lot of weight. Also this diet is sustainable for $5 dollars a day so it's a good way to save money.
