Is there any hope for a girl gaining weight who is naturally thin?

I would absolutely love to gain like 10 pounds but I just can`t seem to do it. Is there any hope in doing so? Do you know any tricks that work well?

Try to increase your calorie intake & keep it booked so that you know that you're eating the right amount of food & nutrition. Make sure you're not eating junk food to fill out that amount, though. Eat fresh foods filled with good fats & vitamins. Also, gaining muscle through exercise (Ex Weight lifting, my personal favorite) could help you get a fuller figure. Don't worry about gaining too much muscle though, women don't have the right amount of testosterone to look like hulk...

Ensure is your best friend because sometimes its hard to eat enough cuz you get really full. Just go for calorically dense things, like drinkable so you can get enough in (i.e. ensure, meal bars...)

First, start eating more. But instead of just having bigger meals, break them down into smaller meals spread out throughout the day (Five should be good).
Work out. Focus more on strength training.

Ear when you are not hungry. Your body will store it as fat. Calorie dense stuff too. Like Potatoes and peanut butter.

You could also take a mass gainer supplement. I used to take "ON serious mass"

Why do you want to gain wait? And so you want muscle weight or body fat? It's impossible to control where you will gain weight this way, but the best way to do so is to increase your calorie intake every day

The best way to do that would be to add calories of protein along with working out. Instead of doing cardio, if you do, switch to more weight lifting exercises because cardio can slim down the muscles you build. I would suggest getting protein powder and either adding it to other foods or drinking it with milk. I recommend optimum gold whey or soy (for girls) and don't let someone talk you into a mass gainer, they aren't healthy and will make you fat

In the picture I saw of you before I thought your body looked pretty good. You had a thin waist and stomach, but a nice size ass and chest

Eat more calorie-dense foods. But stick stick with ones that are still very nutritious just for your overall health.

Eat more calories than you burn for a couple of weeks and see what happens. You are probably young and have a real fast metabolism.. Try this and let me know, in 2 weeks...:P
