Athletes, what's your favorite effective work out?

I want to lose 40 pounds. I've gone on YouTube and watched MANY girls talking about how they did it, but they don't show their actual work out. They just basically brag the whole video that they are skinny now.
I need someone who actually works out and has seen results fast.
I need help on my stomach, hips, and arms.
Yes, I need to need healthy and exercise. Tell me something I haven't heard. I need actually work outs (name of work out, how many times a week, how long, etc.), and how it worked for you.
