Last night I tried to be to bed at 10:30 (which I can't do) so I tried and I always think of things I need to do, or situations in my life before I go to bed. So at 11:30 I started breath really fast, my muscles started tensing up and I felt so worried over something so I started crying? That's never happened to me before. Was it an anxiety attack? How do I not have one lol
I think it may been an anxiety attack.I think the only way to try and not to have one at night is just try to clear your mind of all of the stress or problems you may encounter during the day.If that doesn't help maybe try not to eat or drink junk food.Certain foods can mess up your sleep.Also maybe try exercising, drinking warm milk or a nice shower will help you fall asleep quicker so that way you may not have anixiety. Try to clear your mind though and don't go to bed stressed out.
