I'm on a diet, and so far i've lost about 13 pounds. This is what i've been doing.. I went from eating breads, pastas, potatoes in almost every meal. I completely cut all that out. I've been eating lots of veggies and fruits. Especially watermelon. Don't wait until you're hungry. You're suppose to have snacks in between meals so that your body doesn't think it's starving. If it starts thinking that, then it will retain all the weight, or at least most of it. Drink lots and lots of water; no sodas or sugary drinks! Don't fry your foods, instead grill or bake them in the oven, or even boil some of the meat if you like it like that. Proportion could be an issue as well. I use to have horrible measurements when it came to food and would try to fit the most I could on a plate. Instead, I stopped. I've been putting everything on a small saucer plate. I've noticed my appetite shrinking and i've been getting full a lot quicker. As far as exercise go, you may need to do more intense workouts to really get the sweat rolling lol. But definitely cut out the junk foods and drink lots more water!

Well just from what I've read you are doing lots if things wrong. If your hungry you need to eat, not Crap healthy food, if you don't eat your body will store the fat and prepare for starvation so you don't lose nothing (and your hungry)
A hour a day is nothing running around playing games with a kid, you need a hour of intense exercise in a gym or running, there's 24 hours in a day, your exercising for 1 of them, that's not a lot of time, 7 hours a week so make them intense! So yea to some it up what your doing day to day is just living pretty much lol, we have legs to walk so long walks is nothing we can already do this, running around with a kid getting a little hot is nothing we are made to do that as well!
You wanna get in shape you need to push the boundaries daily and stop snacking on processed food;) if you train in a gym and feel the burn, do 3 more reps that is where you gain the muscles or tone up. And scales aren't accurate u might be losing fat but gaining muscle , use mirror
You're probably eating more food, and unhealthier food, than you think.
Or, you don't have any weight to lose.

Count calories. I was working out and trying to eat right it wasn't until I got the mfp app that I started to lose weight.
Either you are mad skinny or your diet doesn't include healthy foods.
