i'm not too overweight or anything, but i could definitely stand to lose a bit.
i've been doing mostly lifting and no cardio. (i know i should probably add some cardio in there)
visibly.. i can see a small difference in my body, but scale wise...nothing. so im assuming i'm gaining muscle because it weighs more than fat right?
but when i take my clothes off.. i can still see the unwanted fat on my body.
would adding cardio every morning for maybe half and hour help get rid of the fat? or just mess with my gainzzz
i eat healthy btw. i don't like "junk food"
