I am 10-12% body fat and can’t see my abs. Should I focus on losing more fat or gaining muscle?

I am 148lbs, 6 foot 1 inch, and waist circumference 30 inches.

According to my scale and multiple online calculations my body fat percentage is something between 10 and 12.

I have added protein to my diet and put focus on muscle building workouts but still can’t see my abs which I heard should happen when the body fat percentage is around 12%.

Should I try to lose a few more pounds or switch focus to gaining muscle.
