First, there is no way to target just belly fat. You lose fat all over your body at around the same rate. The only way to do this is from cardio, things that get your heart beating and get you out of breath. And I think you have to have an increased heart rate for at least 20 minutes before it actually does anything.
Eat healthy. Skip the junk food snack, go for an apple or banana or something healthy instead. When you get groceries, dont even go to rhe snack isle. Wait 15 mins before getting second of dinner, try to eat only when you're hungry. Cut out pop, try to drink lots of water (it will help fill you up) walk around the block once or twice after hearing your biffesr meal. It boosts your metabolism. Try to get some cardio in as often as you can. Swim laps, go on an elliptical at a gym, both of these are low impact on your joints.
Liposuction. Otherwise it's the same old tried, tested and true course...exercise, eat healthy and don't stress out.

Just eat only plants nuts seeds and fruits and go to the gym a hour a day and run at night, I still have a little tummy but I've been doing this for 6 weeks and lost over 9kg and have muscles Also my tummy is shrinking and toning, I'm really happy with my body mirrors don't crack when I walk past now:))
Lift weights, eat a low fat diet. The more muscle you build the more calories you need to fuel them, plus lifting weights boosts testosterone levels which build muscle and burns fat. Walking is no good, don't be lazy, do sprints instead (sprints are better than long distance cardio).
