I work in a fast food restaurant and I am constantly getting grease on my arms. Recently my arms have started to get itchy and red bumps are popping up. I was wondering if that could possibly be from the grease and how to get rid of it?

Yes it can absolutely be the cause and i would suggest washing your hands/forearms as often as possible at work (maybe every hr or two if possible) so that the grease doesn't sit on your skin for as long, and doing a really good washing of your hands/full arms when you get home from work with some antibacterial soap should help. if problems persist i would recommend going to a dermatologist to see what you can do about it.

yes maybe wear long sleeved shirt (not long but at least long enough to cover 1/2 of your arm)

people say eating greasy foods cause acne so I would presume direct epidermis exposure would prove the same. id say if you can wear long sleeves to prevent contamination to begin with. also look into purchasing a stronger soap maybe dial or something that advertises "cuts grease" for washing dishes. if all precautions fail I would seek a dermatologists opinion.

It could be heat rash from getting hot standing in the heat24/7
I get it on my hips sometimes after running.
