Should I push my calories I burn? I usually try and burn 500-600 calories a day. I ate around 900-1200 calories a day

Should I start burning more? I eat protein and fiber. I know it's not the food that I'm eating. I'm having a hard time losing weight. Maybe it's because I'm gainging muscle in the legs. I'm 133 pound and I'm 5'4. I have problems with my bowel. Sometimes I won't poop for 5 days. Should I start burning more calories. I want to get to 110-115
I drink a lot of water too, so it's not that
