Diet is major... but a huge mistake people make when loosing weight is the try to focus on certain body parts... instead of just using the whole body which burns calories faster... and do not work out for just a little time... do very low impact & long term excercises... walking and swimming are best... and dont eat 2-4 big meals throughout the day... instead have 12 or so small snacks daily... eating a lot at once creates a rise and fall cycle that keeps you getting too hungery at once... instead of consistantly supressing your hunger non stop... and STAY HYGRATED... the best thing you can do is get your heart and lungs working at a constant even rate... you can do this... i dont need to lose weight myself but i find that excersize is mentally therapuedic... and a wonderful stress reliever.
Diet and exercise are on the top. Then you can add extras such as shakes, wraps, bars, etc. Drink half your body weight in ounces each day. Use smaller plates for meals and take your time eating. If you can, cut out beef, pork, and fast food. Home cooked meals are best. Exercise when you can and find something you enjoy doing. If you don't enjoy it then you won't keep doing it. Get help from friends and family as a support group. My wife has had me to help her eat better and exercise. I also get her shakes and other helpers. She lost 40lbs just by diet and exercise. Her wraps and shakes have taken another 10lbs.
what I did was drink at least 8 cups of water a day. run before you eat breakfast. eat healthy you have to really research what's good for you. slowly subsutut the things you crave the most for healthy snakes. For example I substituted ice cream for Greek yogurt with honey and outs. Green tea is really good for as well I drank a cup a morning. also a good thing to do is blogilates work out calendar its all free and you can find the videos on youtube.

Well I find running in trash bag helps lose a lot of water weight cause you sweat 10 times more than normal. Walking like a mile day is good for toning your body and cutting up the muscles. Cuting out all wheat products helps to lose a lot like pasta, bread, anything with yeast
There are many informative websites/YouTube videos you can try.
The most important mix is your exercise routine and tracking your macros.
Stop eating junk food. That means no chips, soda, fast food etc. try to eat your last meal at 7/8pm. And no more food after that. And do some cardio.
