You have to start a new lifestyle that you'll actually stick with for the rest of your life. It's common sense but people don't ever seem to realize it. A good diet and heavy exercise is great, but as soon as you stop, you're very likely to gain the weight back. It does work for some people, but I wouldn't count on it. You just need small changes (decrease calorie intake by 500 calories, stop eating junk food and soda, exercise 30-60 minutes a day) that you can get in the habit of doing for a LONG time.
Also, look up foods that are good for your metabolism. Eat lots of fiber and drink lots of water.

Change your diet & eat healthy.
Exercise 90 minutes a day with cardio first then strength training.
There are no quick and easy solutions. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it.
So remember that. It's hard work, and it takes time. If you can keep that in mind, then you can probably hit your goals. The ones who fail are the ones who try to sprint the marathon, and give up after 100 yards.
Exercise 4-5 days a week. Eat small meals, and avoid greasy or fatty foods. Drink plenty of water, and if you can... jog. That's really about it, if all you're worried about is weight and keeping it off.
exercise man. you have to motivate yourself and exercise. I always found cycling to be good for this 10 mi a day takes like half an hour and it drops weight like no other.
