If i cut out everything that contains gluten will it make me lose weight? I heard that Miley Cyrus and Victoria Beckham have done this kind of diet and that's how they have lost weight and kept the weight off? But other people have said that it can actually make you gain more weight by doing this? :S
no haha whoever told you that is full of shit :p gluten free products on average typically have more calories and more sugar than wheat products but not as much fiber or protein. be normal and eat a goddamn sandwich the end!

No since you aren't allergic to it you need/can have it. Not eating it won't make you loose any weight like excercise, body&bowel detox, eating healthy and drinking water will.
I did it for a month and didn't lose anything.

No, it actually makes you gain weight. Cutting on gluten is only recommend if you have celiac ' s disease or some sort of sensitivity to it, etc.
Just stop eating bread, pasta, pizza etc.
No, cutting carbs and exercising will.
