yea i did for a while. My dad was a mean drunk... so i basically figured with my issues... i wouldn't get close to anyone.
You have to change the way you think. I mean a therapist can diagnose you with whatever you want but its not going to matter unless your thinking changes. You just gotta remember that most things you can't control, and really stop analyzing everything that you come into contact with.
What helped me was establishing a friendship with someone i trust. Thats a comfort. Friends come in handy with those types of things.
But you can't go through life worrying about Everything O_O. Because thats going to really bring out the psychosis in you. Frankly you just gotta deal with it. Work, read, anything to keep your mind off stupid shit. Thinking can be a disease... yah know

Yeah totally. It's hard but you will learn to ignore the feeling. It can feel crushing but this world of labor doesn't care so we have to work harder than the average person to live a normal life.
Anxiety and depression run Big Time in my family. Thank God I have never been afflicted, but not saying it can't happen to me...
Wit the Right medication, my family has found it easier to deal with. However, therapy and meds go hand in hand, and if you are seeing a Professional, it is Best to inquire for the correct conjure for this. If Not, it's time to.
I know how bad this condition can get. I have had to deal with my own family and then some all of my life.
But help Is out there to make it a bit easier, believe me. And when they do get a 'spell,' of course it scares them, but thank God it only lasts a few minutes.
Try to relax, stress Does indeed bring it on.
Good luck. xx
I do indeed have a few anxiety disorders the worse one being chronic OCD. But I have learnt to cope without meds. I go for walks exercise, eating healthy helps a lot with mental illness, listening to relaxing/happy songs helps me too. Do you have any hobbies that can distract these feelings of intense worry?

Breathing helps. I count my breathes and that really helps me to focus and not give in to the panic.
