I've suffered from anxiety for years. It all stems from my childhood and problems within my family. I have gone through therapy over the past few years and it has helped me a lot. However, the anxiety affects my everyday life still. I thought I could control it through therapy and breathing/relaxing techniques but its not working. Some days when I'm under a lot of stress I have times where I can't even seem to breathe. Does anyone out there suffer from the same issues and what helps them?
