New to exercising, please help?

I am 20 my height is 162.56cms and I weight 165lbs. I have a proportionate body, do you think I am fat? Well my bf thinks that I look good. But I feel that I need to reduce some weight. I hate cardio. I love to do strenght training. I think more than I need to loose weight I need to tone up my body and loose some body fat. I am new to exercising please help. Plus I don't want to join a gym is there any way I can do it at home. I have treadmill, cross trainer, dumbells at home.
