when the situation allows, I just yell and rant about it for as long as it takes until I can laugh it all off.. besides that, music always comes in handy. sometimes I write. I also like to use my anger to power my workouts, they like fuel each other lol it works out nicely

you should just see into your self.. once you see it's the anger nothing else, it automatically reduced
