Quickest way to lose 5 lbs (even if it's just water weight)?

I workout 6 days a week (a combo of cardio and light weights... all low impact stuff), and eat healthy (mostly fruits, veggies and lean protein)... (no soda, fast food, soy or dairy - allergic to soy & dairy).

Even though I'm not overweight ( I'm 5'1 and about 107 lbs.,) I am not naturally muscular (at all!) & my body has the tendency to cling to water weight. ( and I don't eat anything with a lot of sodium )

so is there anything else I can/should be doing to help my body look a little more toned and defined? ( I have some basic exercise equipment at home, can't afford a gym membership.)
