so yea the question says it all. i was wondering if i gain weight by eating mostly healthy food instead of junk food, would i still get fatter because i'm eating more or? like.. what's gonna happen if i increase my intake? i understand if i gain weight by mostly eating junk food, i'd get fatter. but what about healthy food? does it work the same way? or does the food digest faster or something so my body wouldn't show much change?
