Swim team doesn't do it = weird WTH?
Dance classes kinda do it... if there's other exercise/diet help added; Yoga (like dance) can help but not a solo solution

Anything exercise that picks up your knees and works your largest muscles (legs) WILL do it, so think... . jogging/running, walking Loooong distances, some friends carry a bag/walk golf daily, running stairs, maybe severe incline treadmills.

Eat less fattening foods, and the only way to improve your waist is exercise, maybe join a gym a lot of exercises target the waist area and you could lose inches in no time
Why would you want to lose it for, I done the same thing and had a hard time finding it, eventually did find it, it was at my local police stations lost and found section.
a girdle is quick & easy.
Not for me but you might like it.

Of course, each day push your truck 50 ft forward before starting it. You'll see it will work!
I heard of some things where you can wrap around your waist and the effect is immediately there. Just google it.
