Fast way to lose weight?

I have to get surgery done in a month. My doctor said the surgery would run more smoothly if I lost 10 lbs or more because I have breathing issues. He suggested a liquid based diet but I don't know if that will work.

Does anyone have any tips? I know it's not healthy to lose weight very quickly but I am considered obese and I would like if my surgery went easier.

Keep a food journal and record your food intake and mood. Try to watch your portion sizes and drinking lots of water. Eat slower to savor your food so you can trick your stomach into thinking it's full sooner. Try to get in some cardio 30 min a day and add in some weight training to build muscle cuz muscles is what burns fat. Keep a positive attitude. Message me if ya want more help as you progress! I do! I've been there. Protein shakes... I used Premier from Costco or GNC lean 25. I was liquid only 3 weeks and lost 27 lbs. or... Go completely carb free for a few weeks. Lots and lots of water.

I think that's what my doctor wanted me to do. But how did you just drink that? :( you didn't miss food?

Yes, I missed it a lot. Day 3 was the worst for me. I like to chew. It's very hard. But, remember, it's for such a short time. Take one day at a time. Drink tons of water as if helps keep you feeling full. Find other things to occupy your time. Remember that head hunger is far more powerful than stomach hunger. I lost 175 in the last 2 years. I know how you'll feel. Just take one day at s time. Don't thnk long term. Just get through one day, then the next. You can do it!!!

You'll lose the weight fast, but once you et again you'll gain it all back right away. So if your only doing it temporarily then try it

grilled chicken has super high amount of protein
corn for carbs
peaNuts for their healthy fats.
