I get panic attacks.
Basically, this is triggered by fear, bad memories, difficult situations, inability to face some situations (or just unable to see the solution to a problem) and feeling like you lost control.
For me, when I suffer an anxiety attack, my heart beats irrationally fast, I'm covered in a sheen of ice cold sweat, my stomach burns, I get hot flushes (like someone pours a bucket of hot water over my head), my throat feel tight and I breathe with difficulty, I feel detached from my body/situation, I'm hearing things detached, my eyes black out and I feel faint.
It is very important to remind yourself that your fears are irrational. Whatever is causing you this isn't as bad as you think. Try to sort your head out and remain calm. This is very important, especially if you're in a dangerous place. I almost drowned twice because of my panic attacks. (The first time I was in too deep in the sea and I got a cramp on my leg and the second was years after the cramp incident, I was swimming and I remembered the cramp and I went ballistic. I thought that I'd die and I almost did both times ).
I'd say being unhappy and forcing yourself to do something you don't want makes you feel like that. It happened to me. Try talking with someone. A friend, a family member, a psychiatrist. You just need someone to reassure you and ease your fears. Or at least that's what I needed. Talk to your family and let them know you're unhappy. Marriage is a little too permanent. You'll spend a lifetime unhappy for nothing.
It's very important for you to stop having those attacks. They can drive you nuts.

Sometimes when you're stressed for a very long period of time, you get so used to it you don't even know that you're stressed anymore. It still affects your body and mind, but you just don't know you're stressed.
Some people even get really ill from it. Sometimes just being around people who are too stressed or depressed can start affecting you to.
I think it is very very important for people to take at least 10-20 mins a day with a clear mind. Just sit in a bath or shower and empty your mind or listen to really relaxing music. Or you could meditate even, you don't have to sit there with your legs crossed and all that, you can just sit normally in a chair and meditate.
Nowadays people get stressed a lot more easily than in the past because our lives are go go go. In the olden days when you finish work or school, you go home and have peace and quiet, maybe talk to family a bit, do some relaxing reading or listen to the radio. Nowadays we go out to work and school, come home with more work from school or work to do at home, have our phones constantly beeping, have constant noise from TV, radio, games, our minds and body don't get the time that they used to. It's really important to take time for yourself sometimes, even if it's just once a week. Go for a walk, a bike ride, meditate etc...

The anxiety attack was caused because you were stressing yourself a lot, pressure to keep the woman happy, trying to make your family happy even though you yourself're not happy made you stress out. Be true to yourself, get out of the mess it'll make your family and specially you more happy.
