Tricks to fall asleep easier?

for the last 2 weeks I haven't been able to fall asleep properly, it's a good night if I get 4 hours of sleep. I've tried everything I could think of. Hot bath, cold shower, no light, warm milk and honey and nothing is working. it's starting to affect my first aid and it's the middle of rugby season so I can't be not functioning at 100% since people are getting hurt so often. does anyone have any tricks to fall asleep?
