Need suggestions to lose 20 lbs?

I need to lose about 20 pounds, or so, and I've really hit a plateau. I've changed my diet completely (no refined sugar, refined flours, conventional dairy, processed foods, fast food, etc.), and I've started hiking pretty regularly, and I hike 3-5 miles at a time ( and I live in the Rockies, so there's some legit hiking trails here), but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I realize that some of it any gave turned to muscle, but overall, I really haven't lost anything pounds-wise. Like, maybe about 5 lbs, over the course of a month. Any suggestions would definitely be welcome, because I used to be able to drop weight quick, and this is really frustrating, thanks!
