I know that being overweight is caused by us being stressful, depressed
it's typical for some teen girls to want eat , you got periods, hormones
it all adds up. I have always been overweight all my life, my mother was
overweight my dad was mildly overweight at one time but loss it course
he was alcoholic. All i can say is try a walking program, put music on in
your room and dance. All my ex-gf's were both overweight so i don't
discriminate or judge anyone. My mom (late) side of her family were
overweight except her mother (late grandma) It's in the genes too

Put notes all around the house, pictures of you in underwear (inside the fridge). Stop BUYING any junk, if you didn't (never do grocery shopping while hungry). Try to get a "eating routine" meaning where/when to eat etc.
A diet high in protein helps you feel fuller and for longer periods of time. Things like nonfat greek yogurt paired with kashi go lean and a protein drink fill me right up and leave me satisfied. Download an app to help you keep track of your protein and caloric intake daily. You'll develop a good sense of portion size and what is a better "bargain" to spend your daily calorie allowance on in terms of nutrition to calorie ratio.
Eat healthy food that tastes bad and don't buy anything else other than healthy food.

Mind over body girl!!! When I hit a craving sesh I usually just think how far I have gotten (40lbs lost) and use that as motivation. C'mon! Get it!!!
If it is from stress, anxiety, or any other condition then you should go to a doctor, and possibly get some medication. There is no shame in getting help for what is clearly a medical problem.
