I have learned how to do a squat properly so I've got the form right. I did 30 yesterday, then 60 fire hydrants, some lunges and some glute bridges. Today I was sore but I did 20 squats, 30 fire hydrants, and some glute bridges.
Can this improve the appearance of my butt if I stick with it? I'm looking to lift it/round it. I'm not expecting crazy results but some. I know that weights give better results but I'm broke as shit right now.
If I do this everyday will I get results?
